Two months free - GigPlaner offers free use due to Covid-19

With Covid-19 increasingly restricting public life and events now banned or severely restricted throughout Europe, many players in the events industry are facing existential difficulties. In recent weeks, orders with a volume of around 22,100 man-days have been cancelled at the companies alone that use GigPlaner for personnel planning - usually without the possibility of short-term compensation. The possibility to register trial versions and test the entire range of functions free of charge will also be extended from 30 to 90 days.

"With this measure we want to express our clear commitment to the event industry, an industry in which we have always felt very comfortable", comments Sven Schlotthauer, managing director of GigPlaner, on this decision. "We are all currently being put to a hard test, but we can also see this as an opportunity - for example by using the time unexpectedly gained through this crisis to optimize our internal processes. Especially with new customers, we often hear that there is not enough time to get used to a complex new software. The current slump can thus be an opportunity to finally take care of these issues".
