Covid-19 test tracking with CrewBrain

The fight against the Corona pandemic and the associated restrictions continue to be the dominant topic in many areas of life. There is still no long-term perspective for many areas to deal with the virus. What is already clear, however, is that testing for Covid-19 will play a much greater role in the future than it has in the past. And even if there is no official obligation to test in companies, many clients could oblige their service providers to do just that in the future.

For this reason, CrewBrain, the software solution for personnel management and planning in the event industry, now offers an integrated option for recording the Covid-19 tests of personnel as well as their results and displaying them in compliance with data protection regulations. Employees and freelancers can record their current test results in the system for this purpose, and schedulers receive a simple evaluation for each job and project with the date and result of the most recently performed tests.

"During implementation, the data protection aspect of the issue was particularly important to us," comments Sven Schlotthauer, Managing Director of CrewBrain, on the new interface. "The results of the tests are deleted from the system again after a few days, but the information that the tests took place is retained. In this way, the company fulfills its documentation obligation and at the same time stores only the information that is absolutely necessary at the time."

In addition to the documentation of Covid-19 tests, CrewBrain now also has an electronic first-aid book in which first-aid services can be documented in accordance with §24 Para. 6 DGUV Regulation 1 "Principles of Prevention". In this way, the recording of such information can also be done directly on the road via the WebApp and the administration and processing can be digitized.
