By creating standard risk assessments for vehicles, locations and activities, the risk assessments for all events can be created in a simple and fast way. Since CrewBrain already knows the resources used and the event schedule, the system automatically suggests the appropriate risks for each event. These then only need to be checked, supplemented if necessary, and approved.
Create your own catalog of risks and refer back to it again and again. Based on risk factors and activity fields, you create the risks with the corresponding symbol. With the clear evaluation scale in traffic light colors, you can evaluate the risk based on the severity of the possible consequences in connection with the probability of occurrence.
Define measures to reduce the risk. Substituting, technical, organizational as well as personal measures can be described. Select a suitable symbol here as well. A new evaluation is then carried out assuming the implementation or compliance with the measures.
You can focus on other things, as the status of the assessment shows at a glance whether it needs to be reviewed. CrewBrain also reminds you of upcoming reviews with automated notifications. This way you always keep the assessments up to date.
Of course, you also want to inform your employees about possible risks and precautionary measures. Each risk assessment can be exported in PDF format or shared with employees via the CrewBrain app. This way, the information it contains and the measures to be taken are available to everyone involved.
