Baden-Baden - CrewBrain GmbH today presents its new native app for all smartphones with Google Android or Apple iOS. This can be downloaded and installed immediately via the app stores of the respective platforms and offers many interesting innovations.
"With our new app, we are able to expand the functionality of CrewBrain with some important and frequently requested features" comments Eva Pennekamp, responsible for sales at CrewBrain, on the launch of the new app. "Recording working hours via time clock is now also possible in offline mode and we can send push notifications to users when important changes are made. In this way, we speed up our customers' workforce planning processes enormously."
With the development of the native app, CrewBrain GmbH also takes into account the trend towards the increasing use of mobile devices such as smartphones. "Many employees today use their smartphones exclusively and no longer log on to the system via a PC," explains Sven Schlotthauer, CEO of CrewBrain GmbH. "For this reason, our app is currently also aimed primarily at employees, while we will add additional functions for dispatchers and administrators bit by bit in the coming months."
To make the new app usable for freelancers who regularly work for different companies, it has the option to log in to multiple companies in parallel. This way, the user gets a quick overview of all upcoming jobs and tasks at all companies he or she works for. This also eliminates the previously necessary and tedious logging in to different company accounts, because in the future there will only be one CrewBrain app on smartphones for all companies.
With CrewBrain, companies in the event industry can fully digitalize the entire inquiry and booking process for internal employees, freelancers and service providers. At the same time, the system offers a wide range of options, for example for time recording, travel expense accounting and much more.
